  1. Delivery and Returns Policy

    Delivery Information
    Delivery Cost: Delivery is free on all orders over €65.
    Order Delivery Time: Your order will be dispatched within 3 working days after production is completed. Tracking information will be sent to you via SMS and email.
    Delivery Company: All shipments are made with An Post, Ireland’s national postal service.
    Delivery Days:

    • Weekdays: 09:00 – 18:00

    • Saturday: 09:00 – 13:00

    • No deliveries are made on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
      Failed Delivery (Recipient Not Present): If a product is not received, it will be held at the designated local depot for 3 collection days before being returned to us.

    Returns and Exchange Policy
    Returns Policy for Custom-Made Products

    Custom-made signs, advertisements, and print products cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are produced specifically to order.
    However, in the case of a manufacturing fault or damaged product delivery, the following conditions apply:

    • You must notify us by email at info@tabelamatik.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. Your notification must include photographic evidence showing the fault or damage.

    • Once a manufacturing fault is confirmed, the product will be re-made or replaced free of charge.

    • Returns or exchanges are not accepted if the product has been manufactured according to the order details approved by the customer, such as design, colour, or size variations.

    Returns Conditions for Standard Products

    • Non-custom, in-stock products can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

    • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

    • A return request must be initiated by emailing info@tabelamatik.com.

    Returns Process

    • Once your return request is approved, the product must be sent to the address provided in its original packaging.

    • The return delivery cost is the responsibility of the customer.

    • After the product is inspected and the return is approved, a refund will be processed within 7 working days.

    Note: Returns are not accepted on discounted or promotional items.

    International Returns Policy (For orders shipped outside of Ireland)
    1. Returns Conditions for Custom-Made Products (International)

    • Custom-made signs and print products cannot be returned on international orders.

    • However, in the case of a manufacturing fault or incorrect product shipment:

      • If you receive a damaged or faulty product, you must notify us within 24 hours by email to info@tabelamatik.com or by WhatsApp to +90850 308 00 16 with photographic evidence.

      • Once a product fault is confirmed, a re-make or exchange will be provided.

    2. Returns Conditions for Standard Products (International)

    • Standard (non-custom) products can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

    • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

    • The international return delivery cost and any customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of the product arriving back at our facility.

    • Customs duties and additional fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable during the returns process.

    3. Damaged or Missing Product Notification

    • For damaged parcels upon delivery, a report should be made with the delivery courier at the time of receipt.

    • Notification of missing or incorrect products must be made by email to info@tabelamatik.com within 48 hours of delivery.

    • Once confirmed, a re-make or exchange will be provided.
