What is a Near Miss Reporting Box?
A near miss incident is an event that occurs in the workplace that has the potential to cause harm to an employee, workplace, or equipment, but does not actually cause harm.
These events, which we express as “I almost” in daily life,
must be recorded in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331.
The Near Miss Reporting Box is designed to enable the quick, easy, and confidential reporting of such events.
