Delivery Information
Delivery Cost: Delivery is free on all orders over €50.
Order Delivery Time: Your orders are dispatched within 3 working days after production is completed. Tracking information is sent to you via SMS and email.
Delivery Company: All shipments are made with our designated national courier partners within Ireland.
Delivery Days:
Weekdays: 09:00 – 18:00
Saturday: 09:00 – 13:00
No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
If You Are Not At the Delivery Address: If the product is not received, it will be held at the local delivery depot for 3 days and then returned to us.
Returns and Exchange Policy
Returns Policy for Custom-Made Products
Custom-made signs, advertising, and print products are produced to order and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.
However, in the case of a manufacturing defect or damaged product delivery, the following conditions apply:
You must email info@tabelamatik.com within 24 hours of receiving the product, providing photo evidence that it is incomplete or damaged.
Once a manufacturing error is confirmed, the product will be re-made or replaced free of charge.
Returns or exchanges are not made if products have been manufactured according to the order details approved by the customer, such as design, colour, or measurement variations.
Return Conditions for Standard Products
For non-custom, in-stock products, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
A return request must be initiated by emailing info@tabelamatik.com.
The Returns Process
Once your return request is approved, the product must be sent to the specified address in its original packaging.
The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
After the product is inspected and the return is approved, a refund will be issued within 7 working days.
Note: Returned or exchange is not accepted for discounted or promotional products.
International Returns Policy (For orders outside Ireland)
1. International Return Conditions for Custom-Made Products
Custom-made signs and print products cannot be returned on international orders.
However, in the case of a manufacturing defect or incorrect product shipment:
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, you must notify us within 24 hours by email to info@tabelamatik.com or by WhatsApp to +90 850 308 00 16, sending photo evidence.
Once the product fault is confirmed, a re-production or replacement will be arranged.
2. International Return Conditions for Standard Products
For standard (non-custom) products, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
The return shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility. The refund will be processed within 7 working days after the product arrives back at our facility.
Customs duties and any additional fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not refunded during the return process.
3. Damaged or Missing Product Notification
A delivery report should be filed with the courier for any damaged packages at the time of delivery.
Notification of missing or incorrect products must be made by email to info@tabelamatik.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Once confirmed, a re-production or replacement will be provided.
